Patients can talk directly with doctors and pharmacists on call through this appointment. There is a small fee fixed for this type of consultation. Every appointment is carried out depending on availability of doctors and pharmacists.
Please keep in mind the following points:
- Only a voice call session of 15 minutes is allowed for a user. Patient has to describe all the improper health issues that he/she is facing. Doctor will then advice him/her the treatment.
- The languages allowed during the chat are English, Hindi, Urdu and Telugu.
- Improper and vulgar language should be avoided during the conversational call. Every conversational call is recorded for verification, if found any abusive language then the user will be blocked for further appointments.
