Doctor’s Live Chat Consultation

Patients can chat directly with doctors and pharmacists through this appointment. This type of consultation is completely free of cost. However this type of appointment is carried out depending on availability of doctors and pharmacists.

Please keep in mind the following points:

• Only a chat session of 15 minutes is allowed for a user. Patient has to describe all the improper health issues that he/she is facing. Doctor will then advice him/her the treatment.
• The languages allowed during the chat are English, Hindi, Urdu and Telugu.
• Improper and vulgar language should be avoided during the conversational chat. Every conversational chat is saved for verification, if found any abusive language then the user will be blocked for further appointments.
